“Shreveport” tells the story of a fading movie star who is suddenly kidnapped, held hostage and tortured while filming a low-budget film in the Louisiana city. The film is also supported by Russ Russo, Joyful Drake, Tig Notaro, Skipper Landry and James DuMont.

Ryan Phillippe, who starred in Paul Haggis’ “Crash” and Clint Eastwood’s “Flags of Our Fathers,” is set to make his own directorial debut with “Shreveport,” an indie thriller in which he’ll also star.
We are delighted to announce that Russ Russo has been cast to play the role of “Tim Remmit” in the film and will be on screen opposite Ryan.
Russ is currently on location for the film in Louisiana.
